I always wonder why people associate exercise with pain and unpleasureable?
Exercise should be something that is associated with success. That feeling that you get
upon completing a workout, or the feeling of setting a new PR is feelings of pleasure
and joy and what should be associated with exercise and accomplishment in my mind.

"It Never gets easier, You just get stronger"

The more time you put into it, the more your muscles will grow and become stronger,
thus making your previous accomplishments seem easier, when in doubt, it is just your
body becoming stronger and more capable of handle the loads.

"Doing less than you can, will only result in achieving less than you should"

You are only going to get out of it what you put in to it, if the effort isn't there, then the
results won't be there.

Testing phases are always a good measure for seeing how strength gains are
occuring. So a suggestion is to do a 1 min test of a certain exercise to see how many
reps you can do in a minute and then after 4-6 weeks re-test yourself and see how
much of a difference has occured from when you have started.

"Impossible is not a fact, It's an opinion"

We as people put the mindset of impossible into our own physique, but once we can
overcome such a mindset and put determination to the test, then the mentality of
impossible suddenly becomes the mentality of possible.

"I push that last rep to prove to myself that I really am trying to make a change and be
the best I can be"

When working out, you always get to the point where you have to determine whether
you can push yourself for one more rep or just give in to yourself. I find that there is no
better feeling when I push for that last rep.

an existing client reach new PRs and realize that they are capable of pushing
